Are your products organic?
We use organic ingredients where stated on the pack. Check the ingredients list on each product for the exact details.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. All GROUNDED drinks are 100% vegan and dairy-free.
Why don’t you use artificial sweeteners?
Because we prefer the taste and simplicity of real ingredients. We use cane sugar instead of artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols.
Why do you use sugar?
Because chocolate milk should actually taste good. We use cane sugar and keep the amount deliberately lower rather than relying on artificial sweeteners.
Where does your protein come from?
Our protein comes from pea and sunflower protein. Our sunflower protein comes from sunflowers grown in Europe, and our pea protein is European grown. Together they create a smooth plant-based protein blend without dairy.
Does it contain all nine essential amino acids?
Yes. Our pea and sunflower protein blend contains all nine essential amino acids.
How much protein is in each drink?
Chocolate Milk: 10g per 8.5 fl oz carton. Protein Milkshake: 20g per 16.6 fl oz carton.
Do your drinks contain any allergens?
Our products are made with dairy-free, nut free and gluten free ingredients. Saying that, we make every effort to try & ensure no traces of allergens, but cannot guarantee this - so if you’re super allergic best seek further advice from your doctor beforehand.
Our pea protein is grown on land that is also used for soy crop so it is not suitable for those with soy allergies due to cross-contamination risk.
Each product is different so please check the label.
Do you use preservatives or artificial flavours?
No. We don’t use artificial sweeteners, preservatives or artificial flavours. Just real ingredients.
Can I recycle the carton and cap?
The carton and cap are designed to be recyclable. Recycling availability varies by location, so please check with your local recycling programme.

Because we believe better products start with real ingredients from the ground. GROUNDED is about keeping things simple.
Do I need to keep your drinks refrigerated?
It depends where you bought them. Drinks delivered from GROUNDED or Amazon are shelf-stable before opening. Drinks bought from the refrigerated section of a grocery store should stay refrigerated. Once opened, always refrigerate and follow the pack instructions.

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship online to addresses in the USA and UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Our online store currently ships within the USA and UK. GROUNDED is also sold through retailers in other countries — check Find in Store for availability.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on orders over £50 and on all subscriptions.
When will my order arrive?
DPD is typically next working day for orders placed before 12pm. Other express options are generally 1–3 working days. Check your chosen shipping service at checkout for the latest estimate.
What if I miss my delivery?
Check your tracking link for the latest delivery options. Depending on the courier, you may be able to rearrange delivery, choose a safe place or collect your parcel.
Can I return my order?
Because GROUNDED is a food product, we can’t accept returns simply because you’ve changed your mind. If your order is damaged, incorrect or there’s another problem, contact us at info@groundedshakes.com and we’ll sort it out.

You can change your products, skip an order, update your details or cancel through Manage Your Subscription.
