Returns:

For UK online orders of unopened, shelf-stable drinks, you can tell us you want to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then return them within a further 14 days. Contact info@groundedshakes.com for the return address. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return unless applicable law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy for refund details and exceptions. Your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Tracking & delivery

You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. Use your tracking link for delivery updates and any options to rearrange delivery or collect your package.

If your order is delayed beyond the quoted estimate, or tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, email info@groundedshakes.com with your order number and delivery address so we can investigate.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, is missing or isn’t what you ordered, email info@groundedshakes.com with your order number and a short description. Photos of the product, packaging and batch code, where available, help us investigate.

Keep the affected drinks and packaging while we review the issue. We’ll confirm the appropriate next steps, including any refund or replacement. Don’t send items back before contacting us.

For drinks bought from another retailer, contact that retailer first and follow its returns process. You can still contact us about a product quality concern.

Order changes & subscriptions

Need to change your delivery address or cancel an order? Contact info@groundedshakes.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order is being processed.

You can pause, skip, change frequency or cancel future subscription deliveries through Manage Subscription. Make changes before your next order enters processing.
