We use whole, crushed organic sunflower seeds for a silky smooth, nutty taste, and as a naturally low fat protein source.

Organic Madagascan Vanilla
We use the best tasting vanilla in the world: 100% pure Madagascan.
It's more expensive than silver per lb, so for us it's liquid gold.
More expensive, but worth it.

Yellow Pea Protein
After harvesting, the peas undergo a gentle water-based extraction (with no solvents) to extract the pure protein.
This gives us a richer, creamier protein, with an exceptionally high nutritional value.

Coconut Cream
Our Sri Lankan coconut milk is super creamy, which means we don’t have to use dairy milk, thickeners or stabilisers. This nut (technically a fruit) does it all on its own. It's made by crushing whole coconuts in to a pure, rich m*lk.

Organic Cold-Pressed Sunflower Oil
Conventional sunflower oils are highly processed and often treated with hexane before being refined.
Ours isn't.
We've chosen a cold-pressed organic oil, high in oleic acid, with absolutely no hexane or any other chemical used in the process.

Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar
Our unrefined raw cane sugar tastes like buttery caramel. Unlike artificial sweeteners, it's real food, so the body recognizes it.

Himalayan Pink Salt
A pinch of our pure Himalayan salt balances the taste of our recipes. Its natural pink glow comes from trace minerals at source, like sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

Peppermint Oil
We steam distill our fresh mint leaves to extract the purest, coolest mint taste. We only ever use the real thing, never a conventional 'mint' flavoring.
