Subscription Terms

When you choose “Subscribe & Save,” you’re enrolling in a recurring order. By subscribing you agree to the following:

What you’re agreeing to. We’ll automatically prepare and charge you for a new order at the delivery frequency you select (every 7, 15, 30 or 60 days). Your subscription continues until you cancel.

Price. You save 15% off the one-time price on each recurring order. Prices may change; we’ll give you notice before any change takes effect.

Billing. Your saved payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. You’ll receive an email before or at the time of each charge.

Managing or cancelling. You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel anytime through your account (“Manage Subscription”) or by emailing info@groundedshakes.com. Cancellations take effect for the next unprocessed order — changes must be made before an order enters processing.

Refunds. Recurring orders are subject to our refund policy.
