Refund policy

RETURNING A PRODUCT

We currently do not offer returns due to the nature of our product - however if you are not satisfied or have a question regarding your delivery/order, please reach out to orders@grounded.co.uk and we would be happy to help you.

If you are not satisfied with your products, or simply don’t like them - we get it, it happens, we may still be able to refund you! If you donate your unopened/unused shakes to a food bank (photographic evidence needed) then we would be happy to refund part of your order. T&C’s apply* Please contact olivia@grounded.co.uk for more information. 

*This does not affect your rights to a refund or replacement for damaged products.
