GROUNDED may "sell" or "share" certain personal information (such as device identifiers, browsing data, and shopping activity) with advertising and analytics partners to deliver personalized advertising. To opt out:

Browser signal. If you visit our site with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal enabled, we will automatically treat this as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for the device and browser you are using.
Submit a request. Email us at info@groundedshakes.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will process your request within 15 business days as required by law.
Manage cookies. Use our cookie consent banner (displayed when you first visit the site) to opt out of advertising and analytics cookies.

Notice of Financial Incentive

When you provide your email address to receive marketing communications or a promotional discount (for example, 10% off your first order in exchange for signing up to our newsletter), you are entering into a financial incentive program. The value of this incentive is approximately the difference between the discounted price and the standard price.

You can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from our marketing emails (link at the bottom of every email) or by emailing info@groundedshakes.com. Opting out will not affect your access to GROUNDED's products or services.
